Community's Dental General Practice Residency program follows the standards set by the Commission on Dental Accreditation. The Commission on Dental Accreditation's mission is to ensure quality education for dentists, dental specialists and allied dental personnel. Quality education ultimately leads to quality dental care for the public.

Exemplifying quality education, residents will have to complete competencies and proficiencies in various areas of their rotations: restorative, oral and maxillofacial surgery, anesthesia, OR protocol, ER protocol and periodontics. Upon completion of these competencies, residents will be eligible for GPR certification.
