Paperless Billing Starts Aug. 19, 2024

Patients with an active MyChart account will be automatically enrolled in paperless billing — a more secure, convenient and eco-friendly way to view and pay your bills online. 

MyChart users don't need to opt in

When a new bill is available, you’ll be alerted through the email or text linked to your MyChart account. You can pay your bill or set up a payment plan using MyChart on mobile or desktop, or by using Community Health System’s MyHealthMate mobile app.

If you still wish to receive a paper bill, don't worry — you can log in to MyChart to update your preferences and opt back in at any time before or after Aug. 19.
