Patients with an active MyChart account are now automatically enrolled in paperless billing — a more secure, convenient and eco-friendly way to view and pay your bills online.
MyChart users don't need to opt in
When a new bill is available, you’ll be alerted through the email linked to your MyChart account. You can pay your bill or set up a payment plan using MyChart on mobile or desktop, or by using Community’s MyHealthMate mobile app.
If you still wish to receive a paper bill, don't worry — you can log in to MyChart to update your preferences and opt back in at any time.
SMS text messaging now available for bill pay
Receive estimates and statements, pay your bills or schedule a payment plan — from your texts! Opt in by texting START to 21508, or by requesting text messages when checking in at your next appointment.
You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to 21508. Depending on your mobile phone plan, message and data rates may apply.

If you don't have an active MyChart account, you will continue to receive paper bills in the mail. If you'd like to sign up for MyChart, visit mychart.communitymedical.org. Use the activation code included on the first page of your billing statement.
Pay online as a guest
You can sign into Community's MyHealthMate app to view and pay your bill, either as a user or a guest.
