Each person is different and it’s important to follow the instructions provided by your surgeon to lower your risk of post-surgical complications.
Clear liquids such as broth, diet gelatin, decaffeinated tea, sugar-free popsicles, and incorporating protein shakes when surgeon allows. Avoid carbonated and caffeinated beverages.
Pureed or blended diet such as scrambled eggs, cottage cheese and plain Greek yogurt.
