We've included a printable, easy-to-use exercise log in our bariatric resources. Maintaining an active lifestyle is a critical part of overall health and wellness, and we encourage all of our patients to set exercise goals. You can use this exercise log to track your physical activity and monitor your progress both before, and after, your surgical weight-loss procedure.
Our printable food journal is designed to help you log your food intake, identify eating patterns, and stay on track with your pre-operative and post-operative diet plans. You can also use this food journal to review your diet when you meet with our bariatric team, including our specialized bariatric dietitians.
