Processes new studies and post approval submissions that require full committee review and manage the meeting agendas for the committee.

Susan Mates, Reliance Agreement Coordinator

Processes Reliance Agreement submissions and adverse events/incident reports for minimal risk studies.

Linna Makmura, BS, Exempt/Expedited Coordinator

Processes modifications and continuing reviews for minimal risk studies.

Aimee Rhodes, JD, CIP, IRB Analyst

Manages the OneAegis system at Community, collaborates with the vendor on system updates and bug fixes, writes and runs reports, and manages special projects. Please email the IRB at IRB@communitymedical.org for assistance with OneAegis issues.

Paula Johnson, Executive Secretary

Supports IRB Director, IRB Manager, IRB Committee and IRB Staff. Assists with granting access to OneAegis users and answers general questions.
