Whether it’s a broken bone or an open wound, all homeless patients needing continuing care post discharge are able to stay at the Rescue Mission. During their stay, compassionate and timely care is provided by Community’s team of Home Health Nurses.
In addition to physical care, Fresno Rescue Mission offers patients the opportunity at a new start in life by providing case management and spiritual support. The Respite Center at Fresno Rescue Mission is a community-wide asset available to patients in their time of need.
If you or someone you know is in need of help, contact the Fresno Rescue Mission at (559) 268-0839 or visit the Fresno Medical Respite Center and 24 Hour Emergency Services location at 315 G Street, Fresno, CA – just south of Ventura Avenue.
