We provide confidential, compassionate, comprehensive medical services and case management to people living with HIV and AIDS (PLWH) from infancy to adulthood. Serving Fresno, Kings, Madera, Merced and Tulare counties, we offer a welcoming and non-judgmental environment, and a wide range of services tailored to the unique needs of each patient. We offer free rapid HIV testing, risk-reduction counseling and can help uninsured or underinsured patients get access to medication.

Pre- & Post Exposure
Prophylaxis Available

We offer preventive treatments for those at risk of HIV exposure. PrEP is a daily medication that helps reduce the risk before exposure, while PEP is an emergency option available within 72 hours after potential contact with the virus.

Available Services

The clinic utilizes the following services and resources to address patient needs:

We offer no-cost, walk-in rapid HIV testing, along with assessments and education on HIV, Hepatitis C and STI prevention.

Through programs like ADAP (AIDS Drug Assistance Program) we help uninsured or underinsured patients access the medication they need to manage HIV or AIDS at low or no cost. 

We offer referrals to housing programs, including the federal Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) program, to assist individuals living with HIV/AIDS in securing safe and stable housing.

Our case managers ensure that patients are quickly connected to the care and treatment they need and provide ongoing support.
 
We track patients' health needs to ensure they are up to date on screenings, treatments, and overall care. This includes linking patients to additional services like mental health, dental and reproductive health.

We offer confidential assistance to help patients notify their partners (sexual or needle-sharing) about possible HIV exposure.

We provide PrEP Services, a powerful HIV prevention method for HIV-negative individuals at high risk of infection.

Our laboratory and pharmacy services are conveniently located on-site to make it easy for patients to get tested and receive medications.

We offer specialized care for pregnant women and children, ensuring a smooth transition from pediatric to adult care.
